Hi, I’m Jo - a Plymouth-based entrepreneur passionate about creativity, community, and celebration.
I’m the founder of Plymkids, a youth drama and acting club helping children build confidence through performance. I’m also a wedding celebrant, creating personalised ceremonies filled with meaning, and a TikTok content creator partnering with brands to create authentic, engaging content.

Plymkids Theatre Company

Founded in 1997, Plymkids has grown to become a known name throughout Children's Theatre in the South West and UK.
We proudly teach skills including Singing, Drama, Acting and Dance. Whilst also rehearsing weekly in preparation to stage three full scale Theatre Productions a year.
Our professional teachers have the privilege of working with over 200 children aged between 6 and 18 years.
And as a result of our training, Plymkids members are frequently cast in professional theatre productions at the Theatre Royal and many members have also had the opportunity to take part in a range of local television and film work.
